I'm a gay man with a male body; this is my experience and I understand it deeply. As good as some straight trainers are, they will never understand the additional stresses, micro-aggressions and how we have to account for our sexuality day-to-day. Working with me is a 100% safe, empathetic experience. I know what it's like to not feel comfortable in a gym and understand the pressures we sometimes put on ourselves.
